Lost your key?
- Click Sign in to my account and enter the email you used to buy iSkitch.
- Open the link we send you. It works only once and expires soon.
- Your key appears in your account. Copy it and, in the app, choose I have a key.
Email not arriving? Check your spam folder and make sure it's the address you bought with. If it still doesn't show up, contact support.
Bought it on the Mac App Store?
The Mac App Store version has no account or key: the purchase belongs to your Apple Account. To install it on another Mac, download it from the App Store with the same Apple Account.
